1º Bopapel is a commercial society of limited responsibility inscribed in the Commercial Register of Pontevedra in page 80 of the Book 1,703 of Societies, being the first inscription in the Page number PO-15,650, with social address in A Lomba, No Number, in Areas, in Pontearreas town, in the province of Pontevedra, in Spain and that is fiscally identified by the number B3624890.

2º Bopapel main activity is the manufacturing and commercializing of paper products for domestic use and for personal hygiene, without being this a prejudice for the production and commercialization of other complementary products and services, that have extraordinary character or that are clearly irrelevant for the ones offered by the main activity.

3º Regarding the contents, on products and services, included in this website, the main object is to inform costumers and consumers about the most important characteristics of the products.

It is understood as a Bopapel customer any physical or juridical person with whom Bopapel establishes a relationship during the sale of merchandises, and that would mainly be wholesaler or mediator.

It is understood as a consumer any person that buys the products for personal use, not for commercialization.

In In this way it is necessary to point out that Bopapel does not sell directly to its consumers, but through wholesalers and mediators. For this reason, and following the information exposed in the previous paragraphs, it is understood that Bopapel will never try to sell any product in this website to anybody, be it costumers or consumers. This is why prices, delivery conditions and taxes are not included. All those customers that want this kind of information might ask for it directly to Bopapel through the ways that are exposed in this website.

In any case this website has the purpose of realizing any of online contract.

4º The access to this website is free, except in the case that something different is specified.

5º Due to the fact that this website has an informative purpose, any personal information about the users of the site will be kept in any kind of record.

Notwithstanding, it can be necessary, that for safety reasons, protection of the data, or for the service features, the user identification can be required for the access to the website. 1.This website is Bopapel S.L. propriety, and Bopapel can make complete use of it to inform users about its products and services.

By doing this the user makes the commitment of using this website and its services according to the Law, the current Legal Warning, the conditions that may be establish for particular uses and any other warning, law and instructions given to users, as well as good manners accepted by law and order.

3.- This website ca be freely visited by users, except for those sites restricted to people with Bopapel authorization.

The condition of authorized user is acquired by the petition to Bopapel using the correspondent form for registering and then the inscription in the users database following the specific conditions for each service.

4.- All the information given by the user must be true. The user mast guarantee the veracity of all given data required to use specific services.

5.- It is the user responsibility to keep the data veracity updated according to his personal situation. Bopapel will not be responsible for any consequences derived from the failure of doing that.

Computer systems or storage contents (hacking).

If it is detected that a user is doing forbidden activities , this user will be immediately unauthorized to use his account, delete any illegal contents storage in the system and, if it is necessary, to inform Authority of the facts and contents, being also possible to demand the user.

7.- Bopapel name and its commercialized brands are registered brands in use, so is the totality of industrial and intellectual propriety of this website (texts, images, logos, audio and video folders, softwares, colors, shapes and features to present the contents, etc.). All these belong to Bopapel or companies or individuals with whom Bopapel has some kind of agreement, and they are protected by the Spanish and International legislation (Brands Law, Patent Law, Law of Juridical Protection of Industrial Design, Law of Competence Defense, Law of Non-Legal Competence, Law of the Intellectual Propriety, Civil Code, Penal Code, etc.)
